Delivery How long will this take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and then take 7–14 business days to arrive, so most orders reach you 8–17 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET), at the weekend or on a US public holiday start processing on the next business day. Shipping is free on every order, and we ship to addresses in the United States only.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@sageseat.com with your order number and we reply within 24 hours on business days with a return authorisation and the address of our returns centre in Germany. Return postage is paid by the customer and is usually higher than a domestic return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Within 7 business days of the return reaching us and passing inspection, we refund the full item price to the PayPal account you paid with and confirm it by email. PayPal or your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Every order ships tracked. We email a tracking link when your parcel is dispatched, and tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours of that email. You can also enter your order number on our Track Your Order page at any time. Tracking may pause for a few days while the parcel clears customs; this is normal.

We accept PayPal, including debit and credit cards processed through PayPal's secure checkout. All prices are in US dollars. Card and account details are entered on PayPal's encrypted checkout and are never stored by SageSeat.
